3Bay Workshop Dream Sale
This sale is a little different than our normal sales. It is onsite, but by appointment only due to limited parking. Personally, I love this property, 7+ acres on the Pigeon River, room for gardens, a 3 bay workshop for Rob’s storage and my sewing… but best of all it’s 5 minutes from the grand baby….
The owner was a wood worker, knife maker, as well as a rock hound. The sale features a full workshop, a number of the tools are new in the box. There is also wood scraps, a variety of tubs of rough rocks, etc. The house also has furniture, kitchen items, etc. The owner was a smoker. The household items have been priced accordingly.
