Our much anticipated estate sale in Flat Rock is finally here. The house is a converted stable with a section from one of the older estates as well as a modern addition. The contents are as impressive as the home and grounds. The owners were an architect and interior designer. We have their collections of original art, rugs, glassware, china, furniture, eclectic smalls from around the world as well as designer men's clothing and shoes, etc. Please seethe photos for details.
Furniture: Dunbar sofa, antique: side tables, trunks, dining room table and chairs, MCM Murphy bed, MCM daybed, triple bunk beds, gaming table, MCM Danish revolving hanging closets, outdoor folding side tables, etc.
Kitchen/Glassware: Barware, glasses, multiple sets of china and dishes, MCM everyday sets, pots, pans, flatware, etc.
Misc: Designer men's clothing and shoes: sizes L, XL shoes 10 1/2 some larger, designer ties and handkerchiefs, pillows, table linens, a small safe, rugs of all sizes: runners to room size, table decor, vases, vinyls, books, etc
Art: Numerous listed artists - many friends of the owners, styles include, abstract, Danish modern, portraits, 1800's landscapes and seascapes, oil, ink, pastels, woodblock, etc.
Artists include the following: Richard Stout, June Leaf, Ann Leggett, Ralph Pomeroy, Enrique Climent, Renaldo Rego, and many more.
Directions
Please read the directions carefully. We are asking that you use Little River Rd only to access Middleton Rd.
From Greenville Hwy Turn onto Little River Rd.
Turn right on Middleton Rd (After Tranquility subdivision)
The road will become dirt and narrow slightly. You will pass rock columns with a gate on the right. The sale is at the next set of rock columns on the right. You cannot see the house from the road. There will be signs.
Please park on the right hand side of the road only. Do not block the neighbors driveways, mailboxes or park on their yards.
When you leave, continue on the dirt road across a bridge to Kanuga road. Please use caution when driving due to road conditions, traffic and congestion.
Also be prepared to walk to the house. Thankfully is it not steep.
NOTE: We reserve the right to open early due to crowd size, weather or parking concerns.
