This weekend's sale is in the Grimesdale subdivision. The sale features seasonal decorator items, including Christmas, outdoor Christmas displays, furniture, kitchen items, women's clothing and more. Pleased see the photos for details.
Furniture: Bedroom, including a king size bed, chest, mirrored dresser and nightstand, Lane cedar chest, Queen size post bed, antique chests and dresser, kitchen dinette table and chairs, 2 curved glass curio cabinets, dining room table and chairs, hutch with lighted glass display and roll top feature, loveseat, side chairs, tables, lamps, bookcases, etc
Kitchen/Glassware: Stemware, flatware, pots/pans, small kitchen appliances, Syracuse Kent china, Havilland Bavarian china, serving pieces, microwave, etc
Misc: Garden tools, hand tools, work table, Craftsman tool box, decorator items, yard art, craft items, cleaning products, etc
Seasonal Decor: Pfalzgraff dinnerware still int the boxes, Christmas yard displays, ornaments, wreaths, fall and spring decor, etc

There are no pre-sales on any items.

We will be entering the house at the front door and the basement door. There will be boxes at both locations.
Directions
The sale is located in the Grimesdale subdivision. Please drive slowly due to narrow roads and the number of children in the neighborhood.
From Brookside Camp Rd
Turn onto Magnolia Dr
700 feet bear right to stay on Magnolia Dr
0.3 miles Turn right onto Starlight Dr
0.2 miles Turn left onto Apple Creek Lane
The house is located on the right side of Apple Creek Lane.
We will have estate sale signs posted to follow.
Please do not park in the cul-de-sac in front of the house.
You can turn around and park on the right side of the road headed out.
Carl will be there to assist with parking.
Please do not park on the neighbors yards, block their driveways or mailboxes.
