We are back in Flat Rock, NC for our Memorial Day weekend sale. This home features probably 1,000 vinyl records, several O gauge rain sets and tracks, quality antique furniture, etc. Please see the photos for details.
The home owner is still living at the house. There will be boxes, items, and furniture that are not included in the sale. Please respect his privacy and do no open any boxes or enter any rooms marked private. Thank you.
Furniture: Antique glass hutch, antique chests, trunk, plantation style bed by American Signature, painted corner shelf, jelly cupboard, side chairs, tables, lamps, etc
Glassware/Kitchen: China pieces plates, cups saucers serving pieces, tea sets, pans, small appliances, flatware, stemware, small decorator pieces, etc
Misc: Vinyl records rock and roll, classical, folk, O Gauge train cars, engines, tracks, tools, small collectibles, art, crocks, vintage toys, etc.
Directions
Ravenswood Rd is opposite Carl Sandburg home in Flat Rock, NC off of Little River Rd.
Turn onto Little River Rd.
Ravenswood Rd is the 2nd left at the 2nd set of stone pillars directly across from Flat Rock Playhouse.
Please use extreme caution and slow down when driving in the neighborhood. The roads are narrow.
Carl will assist you with parking.
The home is across the dam and on the left. There is parking on the left side of the road circling around the house to the back as well. Ravenswood Rd is circular.
Please do not park on the neighbors yard, block their driveways or mailboxes.
